Our 1,100 square foot, first floor condo has a large kitchen/living space, luxury vinyl plank floors, and a cozy feeling with even an e- fireplace! The TV was extraordinarily difficult to use and the channel offerings were far too limited. I had to watch the NFL playoff game on my laptop. It would also be helpful to stock the house with a corkscrew. The house was neat and clean.
