Charming design apartment in the heart of Chueca, the quintessential neighbourhood of the LGBT community, just a few metres from Gran Vía.
The accommodation features aerothermal air conditioning through radiant-cooling flooring, a system that regulates temperature uniformly and silently, without air draughts.
It consists of a dining room, independent kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Fully equipped. Both the bedrooms and the rest of the apartment have enough space and wardrobes for all your storage needs so you can comfortably spend your seasons in Madrid.

• This accommodation is offered exclusively under a seasonal rental regime, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act, and is intended solely to meet temporary accommodation needs. Reservations must be based on a cause of temporality that is duly justified, such as work, professional, academic, training, medical, care, family reasons or any other temporary need other than habitual residence. The availability of the property is also subject to the owner's use requirements on certain dates. The formalisation of the reservation requires the signature of the corresponding seasonal rental contract, the completion of a responsible declaration regarding the reason for the stay and the constitution of the legally applicable deposit.
• The accommodation is intended exclusively to meet a temporary housing need. In no case does it constitute or may it constitute the habitual or permanent residence of the tenant, therefore it is not permitted to establish a domicile or register the address for census purposes at this location.
• After confirming the booking, the tenant must complete the documentary process prior to access, which shall include the signing of the seasonal rental contract, the declaration of responsibility regarding the reason for the stay and the form with the necessary data for the management of the stay.

Check in was a challenge. Getting the “boarding pass” on line based on the link took 45 minutes and multiple calls to the mgmt company. Had to go to another location to get the keys with 2 separate passwords and a set of 6 keys when only 2 were needed. Apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean. Had to get maintenance to set the AC but they came right away. No instructions for the washer/dryer but AI helped a bit. Elevator to the top floor was a nice touch. Electronic locks would be a great addition.

Apartment was great and the location was exactly what we were hoping for. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted and metro was easy to access. Space was great for our family of four. Had a hiccup checking in but was quickly resolved with a phone call to management. They were very responsive and solved issue quickly. Tons of shopping and restaurants and markets within 5 minutes walking. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

Fantastic property, stylish, roomy and quiet, yet, in the middle of Chueca with access to great bars and restaurants. Easy check in and check out, we will definitely stay here again!
