Great location within walking distance to Scarborough beach and a short drive 3 miles to Narragansett, Roger Wheeler/Sand Hill Cove and Block Island Ferry! Centrally located to all area amenities and fun! Nice yard, plenty of parking and bonus sunroom and deck for hanging out after a nice day at the beach. Open floor plan for entertaining, outdoor shower and more. This property was recently renovated and includes new furnishings and flooring, central air and all new appliances!

Lori was great! Had a great family vacation. Location to beach is about 10 minute walk or 2/3 minute drive. Note it is a shared yard which can be challenging if you bring a furry friend along otherwise we had a nice time.

Great spot. Super easy check-in. Quiet neighborhood. LOVED spending time reading in the sunroom. Highly recommend.

Good home for families visiting the beach. 2 minute car ride to Scarborough state beach. Kitchen is great set up for families wit young children. As well as living bing areas inside and out. Outside bathroom is amazing and yes it’s a whole bathroom not just a shower! Communication with owner was excellent. She responds quickly and addresses concerns.
