Includes private porch with swinging chair to watch the world go by! This historic structure was formerly The Beauty Rest boarding house and has a rich history dating back to the early 1900's. King size memory foam Bed plus two sofa beds will sleep up to 5. Ice cold AC ensures a great night of sleep! Guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. 5 minute drive to Carrabelle beach, and 2 blocks to restaurants, bars and waterfront. EV charging directly across the street. Property was very clean and neat , Owner/ Hist was great when needed . Only suggestions would be a Bigger couch in main room and a different A/C Unit. The bedroom A/C was amazing, the other was very slow to cool , and The Bigger couch for additional sleeping besides the bed . Other than that it is a nice place to, convenient to area, would definitely stay again!

This place was very cute and 5 min. drive from the beach. Worth the price and the owner is very communicative.

Lovely efficiency apartment. Recent renovations. Quaint, quiet and relaxed town. Very friendly townspeople. Location excellent. Within walking distance of harbor/ river walk, stores and restaurants. Enjoyed having coffee on the front porch swing every morning. Very comfortable bed and pillows. A/C works great. No issues with water pressure! Would love to visit again.
