Villa Girasol is a magnificent beachfront residence, set directly on the sand, with Pacific views from nearly every corner and room for up to 12 guests. The open-plan living and dining area flows out to a terrace with a private pool and, just beyond, the beach itself — one of Nayarit's most beloved stretches of coastline. Four suites, each with its own character, premium linens, and a private bathroom. 24-hour security and free on-site parking included.

Daily housekeeping is included. Villa Girasol sits inside an exclusive, gated residential community with 24-hour security, so you can relax completely. For a truly effortless stay, our concierge service (additional cost) can arrange a babysitter, private chef, grocery shopping, driver, or custom tours. We're reachable by phone and email throughout your visit.

What makes Villa Girasol special is its true beachfront setting, directly on the sand, with Pacific views from nearly every room. What makes it comfortable is the space itself: four generously sized suites, each with a private bathroom, giving every guest room to spread out and unwind. The private pool and jacuzzi, plus the open-plan living and dining area, make it easy for the whole group to gather — or find a quiet corner on their own.

Yes — guests have full, unrestricted access to every part of the villa: all four suites, the pool, the jacuzzi, the terraces, and direct beach access. There are no community or condo restrictions to worry about; the entire property is exclusively yours for the length of your stay.

For most stays, a member of our team greets you in person at check-in to hand over the villa and walk you through everything. After that, we step back — housekeeping and maintenance staff may come by as needed during your stay to keep things running smoothly, but we won't intrude on your time. We're always available by chat, phone, or email if you need anything at all.
