This was the best cabin! Clean and plenty of room for the 9 of us! We loved the pool table and the location had wonderful views was also very close to the main strip and Dollywood! Karen was the sweetest host and was very responsive to any issue that occurred. ( which there was little to no issues! ) Would 1000% stay here again and recommend the manner to anyone coming to the area

House overall was great, however it could have been cleaner. Skillets had caked on food, kitchen table was sticky, kitchen floor had splatters and needed mopped, basement bathroom had clipped toenails on the floor, and the upper living room couch that pulled out to a bed was gross and unusable. It was covered in crumbs and stains.We also had an issue with the patio doors off the kitchen. Water streamed in from the ceiling in multiple spots during a storm, flooding the kitchen floor. The uppermost toilet also constantly ran, and sometimes didn't flush, causing my husband to have to mess with it to get it to flush. We notified maintenance of the issues, so hopefully it will be fixed before next guests arrive. The bedrooms were nice, and everyone had their own space. Kids loved the basement level game/movie area. Hot tub worked well and kids enjoyed that as well. Loved the views from the patio surrounding the house, it was peaceful and relaxing. The driveway is scary!! Super steep, can't even imagine that in the winter, but it's worth it once you make it up. Definitely back in the drive, makes leaving easier and less scary.We really enjoyed our time here, with a good deep clean and some maintenance it would be perfect!

The cabin and location were great, and Karen was very responsive and communicative. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant Asian Lady Beetle infestation and cleanliness issues that caused a lot of stress and detracted from our vacation. The beetles were everywhere—including beds, closets, and bathrooms. They were falling on the dinner table as we ate and on our faces as we slept — which was very upsetting and stressful. And, while we realize that everyone has different cleanliness standards and opinions on what is considered acceptable, this cabin needs an exceptionally good and thorough cleaning – and we have the pictures that show it. Not sure if the cleaning crew was actually there between our stay and those who stayed before us, but it was not clean. Between that and the beetle infestation, we spent a great deal of time cleaning and vacuuming on our vacation.Karen did offer to send the cleaning crew (which we declined as we did not want strangers coming in to clean while all our stuff was there) and refunded the cleaning fee, which we appreciated, but the overall experience – especially for the holiday premium rate we paid - was extremely disappointing.
