Paul and I are proud owners of these comfortable apartments (home away from home) located on East Street, Whitby, North Caicos, which are less than 5 minutes leisurely walk from the secluded sandy beaches and from local store KJ's Supermarket. You’ll love the ambiance and the convenience of the fully furnished living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, bedroom with queen-sized bed and sofa bed. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, small families and business travelers alike.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, small families and business travelers alike.
Additional entertaining space is also available on the porch for a casual drink, romantic breakfast or evening dining. Lounge chairs also are available on the porch.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Sagusta Gardens. We loved the beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkle, and cooler bag) and fully stocked kitchen. Both the property owner and our contact on North Caicos were great. They answered all our questions, and even set up our return COVID test. We would happily stay here again!
