Great property for a family vacation. The play room and kids room kept us entertained. Very clean and excellent location.

Property was amazing, but the photos say foosball there was none. Some of the bathroom were missing the shampoos and bath soaps dispenser. No welcome basket has shown in pic, the pool water level was a little low. Just a few things missing here and there but still any amazing property. The host was very personable, the property manager was not. I contacted the property manager first before the host but he didn’t seem to care until I got the owner of thr property involved. The property owner checked on us a few times, nothing from the property manager. Becauce of how the owner dealt with our concerns and handled them,I would book here again.

house was very clean

The house is really nice, has lots of thing for the kids to do. The cons: lots of dusty carpets and not a very clean house. We had to use allergy medications after that stay. Better take your pillow, they are the most uncomfortable pillow I have sleep in. The door lock went out of battery and we couldn’t get into the house, luckly the backdoor was open and we got through the backdoor. The comunication with Rafael was not good, didn’t reply on time and the owner is with a time difference of 8 hours so it was hard to comunicate when we had this problem.
