All the comforts of home are included in this 1,350 sq. ft. condo including gourmet kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, SmartTVs for streaming, and a private oceanfront balcony.
All condos strike the perfect balance of modern luxury and seamless indoor/outdoor island living. Central air conditioning and high-speed wifi will keep you cool and connected during your stay.
Beyond the entryway foyer, the home flows into a spacious open-concept great room encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Forever blue ocean views from the great room and primary suite will leave you breathless. Crisp coastal decor throughout accentuates the island scenery.
The living area includes a plush sectional sofa, a large SmartTV, a tray ceiling with a ceiling fan, and stunning ocean views. Walk out from the living area onto the private roofed balcony overlooking the resort's beachfront.
The gourmet kitchen features a suite of Thermador appliances, and countertop appliances, plus a kitchen island with breakfast bar seating. Cookware, dishware, glassware, and cutlery also come provided. An outdoor dining table is furnished on the private balcony for meals with sweeping oceanfront views. An indoor dining table is also furnished just off the kitchen area.
The Rum Point Resort fits all condos with blackout window shades, the finest Egyptian cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows, duvets, and sumptuous robes.

Very nice property on the North side of Grand Cayman. There were some issues with the property management. The sea grass was bad this year and they made very little effort to clean the beach. Three times someone started cleaning it but stopped each time leaving piles on the beach, after 4 days it was still there when we checked out. On arrival we were shown the property and there was an "Out of Service" note posted on the microwave. The agent simply said, "Sorry but it's not working" and offered to let use one in the lobby. Later the first day we realized that the wireless internet was very weak and would often kick us off if we moved to a different room or on the baloney. This is a very nice property and was everything advertised. However, the property management could do better keeping up with maintenance on higher end rentals.

It was everything we hoped for. Location, view, accommodations and overall amazing. We will definitely book again.

Everything was modern and beautiful. The resort was quiet and not crowded. The food and drinks were great in the on-site restaurant. We loved the Rum Point Beach just down the road.
