A few things/ Cons1. The door was extremely difficult to open. It gets stuck. I had to call the property manager.2. The French doors in the primary bathroom were unlocked.3. The caulking strip in the bathtub came undone during our stay.4. There is a steady drip in the fireplace when it rains.5. There is a drip in the bathtub faucet.Pros1. Stacey, the property manager, was excellent in responding to our calls, emails, and texts.2. The owner let us know when to expect the yard maintenance crew.3. The kitchen was completely equipped.4. EXCELLENT LOCATION! Close to everything

Great location. We came to town for our granddaughter's birthday. Everywhere we went was within 20 minutes of the house. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. My only suggestion is to have the front porch light on the day of arrival. We arrived late evening and had trouble seeing the house number and the key box numbers. Other than that, the stay was great.
