The Garden Villa, is part of our newly constructed cozy boutique hotel, located in the beautiful North of Santa Teresa, 100m from beach access and steps from Roca Mar beach restaurant . Suitable for a family or group of friends, offers 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a Large Living Room With a 50” Flat Screen Tv, Cables, fast Internet, a full modern kitchen and dining area with full size fridge, oven and stove top. After a long day surfing or exploring the area, relax on our front patio set in a lush garden or enjoy a dip in our pool.
Our property is situated in a perfect location far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the towns center, yet still within a short car ride or walk from the area’s many restaurants and shops. Conveniently, there is a supermarket and different restaurants just around the corner.
The house is surrounded by thriving forests, which serve as a habitat for the area’s very unique wildlife including Monkeys, Iguanas, Various Species of Birds and the rare Kinkajou ("honey bear")has been spotted on the property several times. The house is located Just 100 Meters from beach access, at one of the most consistent surf spots in all of Costa Rica.
We can also help arrange day tours to the main points of Interest in the area such as the waterfall of Montezuma, Mal Pais, Cabo Blanco and beautiful Tortuga Island. Horseback riding, Atv rentals, car rentals, fishing or diving tours can be arranged as well.

"Our stay was wonderful! The home was lovely, very clean, and easily accessible. Having a pool to enjoy in the late afternoons and evenings was a great bonus. Dana was a fantastic host - she provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, nearby beaches, transportation, and ATV rentals. We truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend!"

Took my daughter down to Santa Teresa for a HS grad surf trip. We loved the location and access to the beach. I personally enjoyed the front area, private relaxation spot that also has a shower on entry to rinse off after the ocean.

The property was in a great location- beach, cafes, restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. The town is super safe. The only drawbacks are the main road where the house sits on can be noisy due to car traffic but the tradeoff is you're in a great location and not up in the hills of Santa Teresa. Second, there are no addresses but Ariel did his best with the directions and included a picture of the house. Check-in was super easy. His brother lives on the backside of the property and he made sure we checked-in easily. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures. 3 separate AC units that could keep the house really cool. I'd highly recommend this house- we'll definitely be back.
