Open plan living is the key to the internal comforts. A huge kitchen dining and family area ensures a wonderful family getaway for adults or families. Leading through sliding doors off the dining area is the decked alfresco area perfect for casual dining, with outdoor setting and barbecue.
The master suite flows into a beautifully appointed ensuite that includes a shower, separate toilet and large bubbling corner spa.
Whether it's raining or the sun is shining your comfort is guaranteed with a cosy Pot Belly Fireplace for Winter and reverse cycle airconditioning throughout the home for both the cooler and warmer months, along with a 42" LCD TV, DVD and Kenwood stereo system.
Just a few minutes walk into town, and a short drive to Smiths Beach and Yallingup Beach, together with the regions finest wineries, galleries and restaurants., you will never be short of something to do or see.

Lovely spacious open-plan living area was perfect for the toddler. We were impressed by the well-equipped kitchen (but a coffee pot would be a welcome addition). All in all this was a perfect weekend for us and we would do it again tomorrow!
