This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom stand-alone home has enough yard for your kids and pets to play plus room to park your boat. Around the corner from groceries and only a short 3 min drive to all Cape Charles offers... charming shops, restaurants, the beach, etc. Perfect for couples, families, fishing trips, friends' getaways, special occasions, etc.

-pots/pans, dishes, glasses, etc. (everything needed for cooking meals!)

PETS: We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs with an additional $100 payment per dog and require the following agreements:
-Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
-Dogs will be crated when owners are not present
-Dogs are up to date on all flea & tick treatments. (proof provided upon request)
*HOUSE RULES*
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You must be at least 25 ft away from the home and please dispose of all trash.
2. NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, OR PARTIES. No outside guests are allowed on the property without the permission of the hosts. We reserve this space for our confirmed, overnight guests.
3. UP TO 2 DOGS ALLOWED (see additional requirements above). Extra charges will be assigned if there is evidence of damage upon departure.
4. Quiet hours outside after 10pm so we can be good neighbors
5. Please FOLLOW CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing.
6. SHOES OFF the carpet, sofa & rugs so that we may keep the house in top condition.
*We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
LINENS & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. (please bring your own beach towels)

This is a wonderful house conveniently located to the shops and restaurants in Cape Charles. The house was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable with quality bedding, the kitchen well stocked. Loved the layout of the house. Lots of places to sit inside and out. Hosts were in communication and provided all the information we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was comfortable and the decor felt fresh and well designed.Our host responded to within just a few short minutes to any questions.The kitchen was well equipped with knives that worked well and cookware so nice I wish I owned it! There was an excellent selection of hardback books and many board games and puzzles available.The master bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The outdoor spaces were well cared for and had comfortable seating. We were close to grocery and restaurants. It took only a few minutes to get to Kiptopeke State Park that offers a beautiful beach and views. Cape Charles downtown area offered many shops and restaurants.

From the moment we booked this home, we had wonderful communication with the owner. They worked with us through a winter weather event and showed kindness & concern. Once we arrived, the home was just as described. The home had ample supplies & blankies & all the comforts of home. We didn’t spend time on the porch but from the kitchen window we watched a hawk on the hunt in the field out back, swooping down for a snack. This house was simply perfect for our weekend getaway. I look forward to staying again.
