The location and the layout of the house and garden was perfect: it’s a quiet lane in Lanton and a very sort walk to beautiful Arcachon Bay. 3 delicious boulangerie nearby. The Gironde was a new area of France for us and we fell in love! The pool and hot tub were so clean and well maintained: essential during the canicule! We loved having so many areas in the garden to both catch and avoid the sun!The kitchen provided all we could have wanted and more. Very modern and well equipped. The BBQ/Plancha was spotless and really easy to use. The beds were so comfortable and choice of pillows was a useful addition. We were greeted by Cathy and then Eric ensured we were well looked after. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Getting there was so easy from Bordeaux airport met by friends who had an easy drive from Caen. We will definitely stay again with so much to see and do around Arcachon Bay and plan to visit Bordeaux too. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

We passed a pleasant holiday in this very comfortable villa.

A super villa with large living/dining area, ideal for spending family time together. The pool outside was perfect entertainment for the children and an ideal space for sunbathing. The adults also enjoyed using the hot tub. Cathy was very helpful and friendly offering ideas of where to eat and what to do. Eric the owner of the villa was very pleasant and helpful too even bringing us cakes on our departure. A lovely relaxing holiday in an authentic French villa!
