Relax in style at this beachy apartment, located just across the street from Madeira Beach public access! This 1BR unit boasts a shared balcony, well decorated interior, and prime location just a 2-minute walk from the sand. Stroll to a nearby restaurant for dinner and drinks.



LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING

After a day at the beach relax in the open living room kitchen area. Settle in to watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV with pre-loaded apps and channels.

Start the day off right by preparing breakfast in the completely remodeled kitchen. New full size stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to either make a gourmet meal or microwave dinner.



Sip morning coffee at the the coastal high top table for 4 while enjoying beautiful views of the Gulf.



BEDROOM & BATH



This second floor apartment sleeps up to two. Rest easy in the bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen size memory foam bed with hotel quality linens. After a long day at the beach snuggle up to read a book or watch TV on the additional Smart TV .



The bathroom is sparkling clean with a walk-in shower.

THE LOCATION Walk 2 minutes to the beach from this sparkling clean apartment! A plethora of dining and shopping options, as well as convenient amenities, are within an easy 10-minute walk. Nearby attractions include John’s Pass (a boardwalk and shopping area), Alligator Attraction, a wildlife learning center, and the Pirate Ship Royal Conquest (a pirate-themed boat offering daily sailing excursions for the whole family). Golf opportunities and multiple marinas are also available within a 2-mile radius. We are located just a few short steps from famous Dockside Dave’s, they are well known for their mouthwatering grouper, jumbo onion rings and famous key lime pie, they are a local favorite!







***We supply starter toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and dish detergent, if additional items are needed during your stay there are several stores within close proximity that you are able to purchase supplies.



Your reservation includes 1 free assigned parking space, additional spaces may be available upon request for a fee of $25 per day .



Any guests that are not listed on the reservation are allowable with host permission and a $20 per day fee for each additional guest..

From the moment you book, you’ll be provided timely and helpful communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your unit with a keyless secure door code; no need for an in-person key exchange. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy.
