You’ll find two inviting bedrooms with comfortable beds, soft linens, and calming décor to help you feel right at home. The bathroom is clean and stocked with essentials, and there’s also a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer available for guest use.
Outside, enjoy the peaceful yard surrounded by mature trees in a quiet neighborhood setting. Whether you’re here for work, a weekend getaway, or visiting nearby attractions, this cozy home offers a relaxing and convenient stay

Our property is located in a quiet residential area of Strongsville, Ohio, with easy access to major highways like I-71 and the Ohio Turnpike. If you're looking to explore the area, we recommend renting a car or using a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. There are also several nearby attractions worth checking out, including the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which are best reached by car or public transportation. For guests bringing their own car, there is a private parking spot available on the property!

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Unauthorized guests
🎉 No mini waste:
Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100
❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.
NO cats allowed!

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $300 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.

Pros: The house was very clean, the linens were provided, and many towels. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet, the lot is large, the host were great with communication with one exception, and they allowed us to park our small RV in the driveway and plug it in. This was big as the RV is our transportation. I was given the incorrect wifi and password at first but the host got back to me quickly with the correct info. HVAC worked great. Cons: Windows coverings were either lacking (laundry), did not fit (bathroom, kitchen sink area) or were too sheer (bedrooms). Bathroom had a mildew smell but could not find the source and it was clean. Dishes were not all clean (dirty coffee cup and plates). Refrigerator setting was too low but we adjusted. Nice washer and dryer but there were towels left in dryer. I ran the disposal and it stank as did the washer. I just think they need a cleaning cycle. There were someone's clothes in the dresser in 1 bedroom so we did not have the use of that. And, we ran out of TP; there were just 2 rolls for a 8 day stay for 2 people. Luckily we could grab one from the RV. Overall, I would describe this house as dated and in need of tlc. But, clean and comfortable enough! I recommend some type of outdoor seating with lighting as the yard is big and the weather was beautiful.

All great….communication was great. Little issue at check in with lock but he was extremely attentive and helpful. Overall good stay and would stay again!!!

Super easy check in. Service was great. This is owned by a corporation - not individual. Great property. Love the location. Only issues are the bedrooms are too bright. Could use curtains. Also property had funny smell like dry rot maybe. Inside is great but outside needs some maintenance. Overall great and would definitely stay again!
