Summary:
This lovely 3 bedroom house with its renovated kitchen and bathroom is a perfect location for you and your family/friends to enjoy your next holiday or short getaway.
The Space:
Located in the quiet Fraser Avenue this house is situated close to the park, river, golf course and a short drive to the Anglesea shops and beach. With a fully enclosed backyard you can enjoy the security of knowing your children and pets are safe to enjoy the yard. This is a pet friendly property so you can also be reassured that your pet will be secure and have plenty of space to run around. There is a resident kangaroo that likes to pay a visit and munch on grass in the backyard so wildlife is really at your doorstep.

**All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
**Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identifications

*Head out for a round of golf at the Anglesea Golf Course. or for the kids you can head down to Aireys and have a game of Mini Golf.
*Get your walking shoes on and go for a hike or walk through our amazing bushland.

*Spring Creek Horse Ride offer trail rides through the Great Otway National Park.
*Head out on a wildlife adventure and see how many different animals you can find.
*With so many beaches to choose from, you will be spoilt for choice.
*Wander through the Otway National Park and channel your inner photographer as you find Anglesea is home to over 80 different varieties of orchids.
*Kangaroo tours are run at the Anglesea Golf Course for those that want to get up close and personal with the locals.
*Tennis courts are located in the town centre for a friendly game.
*Jump till your hearts content at Jumpz Trampoline in Anglesea.
*Chocolate heaven can be found at Great Ocean Road Chocolatery. Participate in chocolate making or go for lunch.

The accommodation was as advertised. Spacious. Clean and neat. Had a relaxed time and we were able to have our dogs which was great.

We loved our stay. Beds were comfortable and house tidy. The walk to the beach with the dogs was great (20 minutes). Great place to stay.
