'TEE BY THE SEA' vacation rental

We're less then 1/2 mile outside of Key West and only 4 1/2 miles from Duval Street, located in Stock Island. We are 2 miles from the beach, 1 1/2 miles from the airport. Our condo is in a very nice gated community with only 52 units that boasts a beautiful heated pool, lush landscaped grounds, fitness center, and clubhouse. Our unit provides FREE covered parking too. We have trailer parking available whether its for your motorcycle, jet ski or boat (off property).
We're across the street from the ONLY 18 hole championship public golf course in Key West. Golf club rental is available from the pro shop.
We can accommodate your trailer by offering off site trailer parking (must inquire ahead with owner), safe and convenient. A full service marina and a public boat ramp is walking distance from my unit. So bring your boat or bring your motorcycle or jet ski because we can accommodate all of them.
We are located right next to a CVS, Dion's convenience store, Beach Weekend - a Full service marina that offers boat rentals, bank with ATM, Jollys liquor store, FYT Gym offering day passes for Cardio, Yoga and Pilates classes is just across the street. We are walking distance to many restaurants that are favorites with the locals including Roostica Pizzeria with full bar, Hog Fish Bar/Grill on the water, Hurricane Hole Marina/Bar/Grill on the water, El Siboney, El Mochos Cuban Cafe, Tavern & Town Restaurant and Chicos Cantina. There is even a local French bakery walking distance from our place, Croissants de France Bakery. There is also our very own local seafood store, "Fish Busters" ,within walking distance to purchase fresh locally caught seafood of all kinds, spices and gourmet extras for your cooking/dining pleasure.
Our complex is located along the local city bus transit route which comes by every 1/2 hour, offers transit to all parts of Key West (old town, beaches, and new town) and is economically priced at $10 per person for a weekly pass. We are only a $20 uber drive to the downtown area.
We are less than 2 miles from the beach, Publix, AMC movie theater, Outback, Subway, Ross and TJ Max .
Decorated in Key West style to give our guests the full impact of island living, we offer a home away from home with thoughtful touches.
Our condo offers 1100 sq. ft of spacious living plus two covered porches. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with cathedral ceilings, queen bed, private bath with granite countertops, Smart T.V. with remote control, 500+ count cotton sheets and duvets with down comforters. We provide all of your linens and beach towels. There is also a full size front loading washer/dryer tucked away in the hall closet in between bedrooms. The kitchen has granite counter tops with stainless appliances and is fully stocked including a Keurig coffee maker. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a 42' SONY SMART LED TV.
We also have board games too.
The master bedroom and living room have double French doors that open up to a covered balcony with patio furniture and ceiling fan and light. Each patio offers decorative hooks to hang bathing suits and towels to air dry. The kitchen and living room are downstairs. Our dining table comfortably seats 6.
We offer FREE WIFI (wireless internet).
We have an additional 370 sq. ft of covered storage area below our unit that has 6 bikes with 3 locks, 3 coolers, gas grill with cooking utensils, beach umbrella, beach chairs and tons of storage for any gear you may bring (golf clubs, fishing poles, baby stroller,etc...),keeping it out of the way but secured.
There is a wonderful bike path located across the street that takes you right into Key West and all around our island, so a bike ride into town to sight see is a must.
Baby furniture (crib, high chair, stroller, etc...) is available for rent with advance notice and the items will be set up waiting for you when you arrive.

Two story condo with both bedrooms on second floor. Stairs are wooden and a little narrow. Plenty of space for 6 adults between 2 queen beds upstairs and sofa bed in living room. Bath/shower faucet was broken and difficult to turn. Also one of the bed frames was loose and wobbly. Have advised owner of both and hopefully will be repaired. Location was nice with easy access to Hwy 1. Didn’t use bikes or pool but having a cooler available for use was great. We were mostly just in the unit to shower and sleep, so can’t provide any info on the kitchen as we didn’t use anything except the fridge. Good option for the price.

Nice townhouse in a gated community with a nice pool. Sits on the north edge of the property closest to Route 1. We stayed two nights and the property had everything we needed although we didn't do any cooking. Good communication with the host who was very accommodating. There were lots of towels which was great for us to take to the pool and diving! Would definitely stay here again!
