Overall, the apartment was fine for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. A sofa bed would be a beneficial addition as the sofas are quite narrow. There are shops and restaurants close by for anything you need. The noise from nearby building works i imagine would be annoying for most, but it cant be helped and my friend and i were up before it started. The apartment could use a face lift, but thats puely cosmetic. The only downside was lack of a sofa bed in the salon. Private terrace is a great size and we managed to even get a bit of sun on the roof pool terrace. Adil was very friendly and made sure we knew where everything was before he left. Overall, 4 stars.

The building was very clean and good security. The apartment was clean, big and the kitchen well equipped. The balcony was an added benefit. No problems at all. Highly recommend.

We took a last minute trip to Marrakech and the owners accommodated us on a last minute request, which was wonderful. They were quick to respond to our request. The property manager was kind, prompt and professional. He had our best interests at heart. We highly reccommend this flat to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Marrakech!
