The living room adjoins a large furnished balcony with a "High Rise" view! The sofa opens to a bed and sleeps 2. The kitchen appliances are full size and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The utility room has a stack washer/dryer for your convenience! The King Master Bedroom adjoins the balcony as well with a fantastic view of the Gulf! The adjoining double vanity master bath is equipped with a large newly renovated walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The Guest Room privately adjoins a full bath with a walk-in shower. Additionally, you may rent loungers at the beach and pay for parasailing and other activities seasonally, however, you may bring your own beach chairs and canopies which are to be placed in designated areas.





Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.
