Easy access to metro station or bus two block away. Close to Drexel ,UCSC, UPenn,30TH train station,CHOP and HUP, etc. There are many restaurants and stores nearby ! Keyless self-check In ,High speed Wifi and 24/7 exterior video surveillance ! Ideal for college & family visiting, business traveller and other pleasure!

✦Laundry: dryer and washer ready for use at the basement .

Guests have full access the entire townhouse .
We also have a GARDEN at backyard which is sharing and operating with our neighbors . Please DON'T CROSS the boundary line and interrupt our neighbors !!! We have a stunning gazebo, sit in the back for our guests relax and enjoy our beautiful plants at this hidden garden .

School get off around 3 pm , the front street will blocked for 10 minutes ,also may hear some short crowd of students at front door .
We don’t offer parking , It’s street parking. please refer our instructions.

Excellent experience. Home was very clean and everything was organized nicely. Owner was also very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire experience. My family and I were genuinely impressed. Hands down the best experience we have had when looking for places to stay in Philly.

This is a cute little home with a beautiful backyard garden. It’s a tall but narrow space, but it feels large enough. It is clean and has enough decorative touches to make it feel warm but not cluttered. It is surprisingly quiet—there are neighbors on both sides of the apartment, and we never heard them. It’s about 3-4 miles from the historic district, which made it a great location, too.
