The location was perfect, accommodations were great for the amount of people we had, it was a great trip and the lodging topped it off!

House is beautiful however we had some plumbing issues that the property mgr took care of quickly. Didn’t realize getting down to the river was not as simple as I thought it would be but it was gorgeous just listening to the river

Fantastic location and plenty of room to accommodate all 15 in our party. The setting right next to the river is nice, and the property itself is not far from town. It feels secluded, but is close enough to run into town quickly if needed.
The property manager was very responsive. We did have the heat go out on day #2, and although it was not able to be repaired the property manager did bring space heaters for us.
Highly recommend this location for larger groups in the Red River area.
