Our beautiful unit is located at The Summit Condominiums on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. This full scale resort complex sits on the beach and each unit enjoys a luxurious view of the Gulf of Mexico with its beautiful snow-white sands and deep turquoise-blue water.
Our condo unit is on the 3rd floor. Take the elevator or enjoy the easy walk up from ground level. Our unit sleeps 5 easily and includes 1+ bedroom, 1.5 bath, with a master bedroom that has 2 full sized beds, a flat screen TV , a closet, and easy access to the half bathroom. Bunk Beds are built in and the living room area has a sleeper sofa with plenty of seating for everyone. The living room provides access to your private balcony and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen is stocked with all white appliances and has everything you may need to cook a great meal. The unit sleeps 5 people very comfortably. The full bath has a standard layout with a combination shower/tub.
Right next to Tootsies Orchid Lounge! The Summit Tiki Bar is by the pool and Bikini Bob's Beach Restaurant and The Summit Snack Shack and Convenience Store are on site.
All of our units at the summit are updated all have a covered balcony and have a direct beachfront view.
The Summit has Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Kids Playground o the Beach, Volleyball,2 Big Pools, 2 wading pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security and more facilities on site and in the immediate area than any other resort in Panama City Beach.

The place was nice , a little dated but overall very nice . Location was great . We have stayed at the summit many times . The light over the stove was out and it was missing something to cook biscuits in . I'm not sure but I couldn't find local channels , only roku and things like that . I might stay there again ?

We had a great stay! The property was clean and had a beautiful view. We traveled with young children and found it to be very family-friendly. The pool was a big hit and being open until 11 PM was a nice bonus. Beach access was convenient and secure with a gated entry requiring a code.Wi-Fi was available throughout our stay, and having three elevators helped minimize wait times. Parking was easy and we had no issues finding a spot. Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable place for our family, and we would gladly stay here again.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The cookware could use an update however we were glad not to have to bring our own pots and pans. The balcony furniture could use an update as well. Not much seating and not very comfortable. The main issue we had was that the mattresses on the beds and couch bed were very uncomfortable. We had to purchase air mattresses to sleep on. With those few upgrades the place would be wonderful!
