Accommodation and Cleaning

We offer a clean and well-maintained apartment. We kindly ask all guests to help keep it tidy and treat it with respect.

The Wi-Fi password and network name are displayed near the router.



Waste Disposal

Please separate your waste carefully, as required by Italian regulations. You will find recycling bags in the kitchen under the sink. Glass should be taken to the designated public containers nearby.



Care of the Apartment

Please handle everything provided with care. Make sure doors and windows are closed in case of wind or rain, and shutters are secured with the hooks. Always close the main entrance door. Any damage caused by not closing doors or windows during bad weather may be charged.



Check-out

Check-out is by 10:00 am. Please use all devices carefully and sparingly, especially the air conditioner, which should always be set to energy-saving mode.



Leave the apartment clean. If there is excessive dirt on the beds, bathrooms, or in the apartment, cleaning will be available for an extra fee. Please report any damage caused during your stay; for broken dishes or glasses, a small contribution is appreciated, while more significant damage may be invoiced and covered by your liability insurance.
