In the midst of Arcadia, this unique place has a style all its own. It has a pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage and spacious. It sleeps 8 comfortably, there's a TV in every room. Centrally located and just 12 minutes from the airport, freeways close by. Food and great restaurants all around, shopping close by, quiet and great for taking a walk.
This place is close to all the action whether you want to catch a concert or a Diamondback’s game downtown, shop at the Biltmore, or fine dining in Scottsdale, you’re just minutes away!

We called it Golden Grandma’s House on steroids! That being said it’s got great towels and sheets! Well stocked kitchen with what anyone would need.

This property was a perfect location for our needs. Close to family, shopping, restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Great backyard space with lots of seating around the pool. Very spacious inside as well. Host was quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We were in town to take in some Spring Training baseball. The location is fantastic and it was easy to get to the ballparks and is located in a very nice walkable neighborhood. It was very close to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious and clean. The backyard is very nice but unfortunately it was a bit too chilly to enjoy the pool but it was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.
