This comfortable spacious property is in a pleasant, quiet residential area. There is a nice walking trail immediately adjacent to the house. Don't miss the chance to enjoy watching beavers and muskrats in the small swamp about a half-mile down the trail on an evening stroll! If you are staying with younger kids, there is a playground a short walk down the path.The house is well-kept and has the basics (just bring you own box of tissues as none are provided). The beds are comfortable, there were plenty of towels, some games, and lots of nice books about Oregon. It was great to have a washer & dryer.The two TVs are very small (large computer screen size), and the gas grill and balcony need cleaning, but otherwise the house was in good order. The internet was generally consistent and strong, although it did disconnect on occasion. The management company is very attentive and responsive, and was accommodating to reimburse for the lightbulb that didn't work in one of the lamps. The location is close to grocery stores and shopping areas, convenient to Portland tourist attractions and wineries within 30-40 minutes, and less than two hours from beautiful Cannon Beach driving through lovely farmland and forests. Check the low tide schedule and enjoy the tide pools and fabulous marine life! Don't be put off by a tenant on the lower level as he's a friendly gentleman. My teens and I will definitely book again when we're back visiting family in the Beaverton-Hillsboro area.

Great home in a quieter neighborhood. Loved the trails, kids park and grassy areas just around the corner from the property. Great home for a small family. Enjoyed the covered outdoor deck.

Beautiful area. 1.5 hours to ocean beautiful drive. Everything close. Pathetic right next door. Property needs some TLC. New pillows and deep clean. No condiments.
