Our signature red brick, historical home on Caroline Street has been lovingly restored with a brand-new heated dipping pool on its private patio. With undeniable character, the two-story house stands out from the traditional cottages of Key West in the same way the Grand Maloney stands out from other boutique hotels in the area.
The Space:
Each room is decorated with careful attention to detail, reflecting the personalized experience each guest can expect of their stay. Our detached cottage offers a sense of privacy and the opportunity to feel secluded, while being steps away from our sultry lobby and sitting room. Walking out your back door and enjoying your own terrace underneath the shady native poinciana trees. With a private bathroom and king size bed the Cottage is perfect for your next couples getaway.
Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay.
Shared Hotel Amenities: Heated pool and deck area, wrap-around porches, lounge, lobby, coffee maker & refrigerator drawers.

• 204 Simonton Street (This is the closest to your unit!)
• Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot
• Park N Ride Old Town Garage
Street parking information:
• There are pay-to-park spots and meters, which are free from 12AM - 8AM, with a 3-day limit.
• The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces close to your unit, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them.
Other Things to Note:
- Relax by the brand-new, heated pool in the back of the home!
- Rent this room along with the rest of the Grand Maloney Hotel for an exclusive takeover for up to 16 guests!

Pros: Great location, a stones throw from Duval and yet quiet and private; helpful communication from host, parking, check-in and -out were easy; comfortable bed, warm shower, and nice little hot tubCons: Dusty and musty room; the one chair in the room was gross and the rug looks like it has seen some stuff over the years. It would be helpful to trim out some of the brush between the fence and the side of the building because the winds whips them off the roof throughout the night.

The carriage house was a great location and we liked the privacy . My hubby would have liked a tv…. The shower was amazing !

Location was great but the coffee machine was broken in the lounge, heat was stuck on in the carriage house, needed it the first few days but needed air conditioning the rest of the time but couldn’t make it work, windows don’t stay open unless propped up, bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels, area needed aired out when we arrived, and could have been cleaner. Host responded appropriately.
