One Caribbean Estates proudly presents for vacation rental Tamarind Villa, Sugar Hill. This beautifully furnished three-bedroom villa exudes a relaxing chic design, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Tamarind Villa is situated in the prestigious Tamarind Row neighbourhood within the Sugar Hill resort community.
This semi-detached, two-storey townhouse features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, all meticulously maintained and well-appointed. The villa's elevated position provides stunning views to the west of the Caribbean Sea, set amidst lush tropical gardens.
The main floor boasts a spacious open plan living area, a newly renovated kitchen, a powder room, and a large guest suite with twin beds, each with trundle. The dining area is located on the covered patio, perfect for year-round al fresco dining. The patio also offers a relaxed seating area and leads to the plunge pool on a lower level, complete with a deck and a full outdoor shower.
The first floor houses the primary suite and the second guest bedroom suite, both with ample closet space and westward views of the Caribbean Sea. The primary suite features a double vanity, tub, and shower, while the guest suite is equally spacious and comfortable.
Guests of Tamarind Villa enjoy access to a variety of amenities, including tennis courts, communal swimming pools, a gym, and a clubhouse restaurant, as well as membership to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club.

The condo and landscape was beautiful. The beach is .9 miles away, downhill (uphill when walking back) and mostly w/o sidewalks. The only ocean view at the condo is when you stand on the 2nd floor balcony. My main complaint was the lack of communication from the host company. They took days up to a week to respond to questions before our trip.
