Clean unit, great location with oceanfront balcony and ocean view from 2nd bedroom

We had a great vacation staying at this condo. The unit was very clean and in a good location. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves in the mornings. Deborah and Rufus were very kind and helpful. When we were having an issue with the washer/dryer, Rufus came right away to try to figure it out and we were so grateful. It was a little frustrating that the washer/dryer was temperamental but I know Deborah was going to have someone look at it the day we left to see if they could get it back on track. Hopefully, they had some success! The only other thing that wasn’t great was that the building is a little old and some of the common areas are showing some wear and tear. It’s nothing too major and wouldn’t deter us from staying here in the future.

The condo was ok, it should have a toaster not a toaster oven that gets very hot!! Not much room in the kitchen.
The building was a little dirty, especially the elevator, but it is old so expected. I did like the covered parking.
