Host was very welcoming, while keeping all the rules straight forward definitely recommended others to come check this spot out

The property itself is nice and very clean on the inside. The surrounding area is not the safest and there are a lot of homeless people walking around and talking throughout the night. There is also a train that is very loud every hour or so (including throughout the night). It was extremely difficult to get a good nights rest here due to the train and homeless people but the property was very nice on the inside.
