The "Romance" room, approximately 20 square meters, is quiet, very comfortable, and air-conditioned. It features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a sitting/office area with two very comfortable sofas, a private covered and flower-filled balcony, a wardrobe, and secure high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi access.
For this room, you have 2 bathrooms which are shared between 3 rooms and a shared toilet, which are kept perfectly clean twice a day.
In practice, a bathroom is always available and located close to your room.
Upon request, you have a free parking space in the gated and secure residence with an access badge to enter and exit freely.
A small, enclosed garage is also available on request to park your car, bicycle(s) or motorcycle(s).
A hearty, homemade sweet and savory breakfast awaits! For your well-being, breakfast features a variety of seasonal products, primarily local and organic. Breakfast is served between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m. every day of the week.

You have access to a shared, very well-equipped kitchen. You can cook there or drink hot or cold beverages (tea, coffee, herbal teas…), and small snacks, for a small fee.

- 5 minutes walk from tram T6, stop "Roger Planchon" which allows you to get in a few minutes to the city centre of Villeurbanne (district "Gratte-Ciel"), to the University Lyon 1 (+Double Mixte, INSA, CNRS, TPE Lyon...) and to La Part Dieu, the train station and the largest shopping centre in Europe!
- 5 minutes walk from 4 bus lines C17 (Médipôle), C26 (Parc Tête d'Or -Transbordeur-HEH-Hôpital Edouard Herriot), 37 and 69.
- 15 minutes walk from the metro, line A (stop "Gratte Ciel") to go directly to the city centre of Lyon (in 5 stops) but also to the East of Lyon towards the Groupama Stadium and the LDLC Arena!
