Come and enjoy the cool and inviting waters of Lake Dunlap. Bring along your fishing poles, or choose to relax on the beautiful sun deck.
You will stay in a spacious, fully furnished home away from home, sure to include everything you need to relax, yet stay connected. High speed internet, WiFi, Premium TV channels or turn it all off and just relax.
New Braunfels has everything you need to make your vacation one to remember. We have the largest water park in the USA, Schlitterbahn, and the oldest operating dance hall in Texas, Gruene Hall. You can tube or raft the Guadalupe river, tube the Comal River or bring a boat and ski approximately 9 miles of Lake Dunlap. If shopping interests you, then you will want to visit one of the largest outdoor outlet malls in Texas in nearby San Marcos. Take in the historic sites of the Alamo in San Antonio or enjoy Six Flags San Antonio and Sea World San Antonio only a short 40 minute drive away. Of course just sitting on the deck and relaxing is always a favorite activity. Here in New Braunfels you will never run out of things to do.
Main house features include: 3 bedrooms/gameroom 1 king bed, 1 queen bed,2 bunk beds w/ full on bottom and full on top, a queen sofa sleeper and 1 futon. There are 2 full baths, U-Verse High-speed Internet access, washer & dryer, boat lift, sun deck, water view from master suite and downstairs room that could be used as a gameroom or 3rd bedroom, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are horse shoes and washers. There is outdoor seating to enjoy the view and a huge back yard to enjoy the outdoors, or relaxation. Grilling is available on two outdoor barbeque pits. A public boat ramp is available under the IH-35 bridge.
No smoking inside and no pets allowed (see policies) . No groups under 26 years old. Neighborhood restriction of a 6 car maximum, cars over 6 will be charged $100.00 a night.

We loved this property and would stay again. The yard and river front views were amazing. The house had everything we needed and then some. This is an older home but is decorated really cute and was clean. The owner gave the access code well in advance and checked to make sure we got in ok. The only thing we didn't like was that you drive past a lot of mobile homes to get to this property. The houses on the sides of this house were nice though. The balcony off the master bedroom and sun deck were great for drinking your morning coffee and watching the boats go by. It was a super relaxing and peaceful stay and we enjoyed watching the little family of ducks swim by. There is a Doar General close by if you need to grab something you forgot and its pretty close to downtown and Gruene.

The house was great! The only issue we had was with the AC not being very cold. Everything else was great!!

Great access to the river, but the house had some structural issues. We didn't mind, just something we noticed.
