Less than 5 minutes to downtown Black Mountain and 15-20 minutes to Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, and Grove Park Inn.

Main Level: Living room with wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV with streaming options, kitchen with bar seating for 2, dining area and table seating for 6, half bath, and wrap-around deck complete with gas-assist Weber charcoal grill and outdoor furniture.
Upper Level: Primary suite with King bed and full bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower, private deck, and additional deck in the front of the home.
Ground Level: Bedroom with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, a full bath (shower only), an alcove with a Full-size bed, and sliding barn doors for privacy. Deck and patio with a fire pit.
