Bella View resort is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in a gated neighborhood just minutes from Tucson National Golf Courses.
Spectacular Catalina Mountain views accent the high desert vistas allowing you to enjoy your vacation stay in one of Tucson’s best areas.
You will enjoy the private backyard with pool (heating available), a spa that is always hot and ready to use, lounge chairs by the pool, new gas BBQ, and a covered patio with a dining table and seating for six. The wrought iron fence provides open views to the adjacent natural desert landscape. The feel of wide open spaces will accent your vacation and make some memorable moments for you to cherish for a long time to come.
The main living space is a great room floorplan, with open spaces and high ceilings. There is a 65 inch 4K smart TV and PS4 in the living space for gaming and entertainment options. The master bedroom comes with a California King bed, 50 inch 4K smart TV, large walk in closet, and a view of the pool, desert, and mountains. The master bath has dual vanities, shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a California King, and a 50 inch 4K smart TV. Third bedroom has Twin beds that can be converted to a King.
The property has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use, and is also fully stocked with towels, pool toys and floating devices to enjoy your stay.
The property has an Amazon Alexa inside that can be unplugged if you prefer.
There is an exterior security camera on the front of the home used for security purposes only. The camera is not turned on when the house is rented/ occupied.

Beautiful home in a good location. I liked the fact that it was in a gated community. Hot tub was hot, but the jets did not work. House was very clean, but the pool was not. We did not pay to have the pool heated, but expected it to be clean if we wanted to jump in. It had a lot of debris and a dead mouse in it.

Absolutely incredible place to stay! Very clean home! Quiet neighborhood and the backyard was amazingly private. We were looking for a place we could relax in a private setting and this was it! Fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities were great. We enjoyed the spacious master suite. Communication with Todd was easy and responsive. Highly recommend this place and will stay again if we’re ever in the Tucson area!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was much more spacious and well equipped than we usually find at rentals. The backyard is a lovely place to eat dinner and relax in and out of the pool. I would highly recommend this property.

Wow! This place is a slice of heaven. I’ve never seen such clean, shiny tile floors in my life. Views, neighborhood, and layout of house was amazing. Such a great escape for us from the PNW. We will certainly be booking again in the future!
