In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, grocery 1.3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Kappl Obermühl" 190 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 22.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Kappl/Umstieg in Skigebiete See, Ischgl and Galtür möglich. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Toll ausgestattete Wohnung, jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad. Total nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Insgesamt ein super Urlaub mit 3 Familien.

Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé pour notre séjour en famille au ski. Avoir une salle de bain avec chaque chambre était vraiment un atout.
L’hôte est très sympathique et aux petits soins.
Nous espérons pouvoir retourner dans cet établissement un jour !

Wir waren bereits zu 13. mal in dieser aussergewohnlich schoenen Wohnung. Da passt einfach alles - die Lage, eine traumhafte Terrasse, sehr gepflegte Zimmer, die Kueche sehr gut eingerichtet und - eine aufmerksame, auesserst liebenswerte Vermieterin. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder :)

Unser erster Urlaub in den Bergen und es hat alles übertroffen, Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter, sowie die Lage und Aussicht. Es war ein 14- tägiger Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Die obere Etage verfügte über einen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit einer vollausgestatteten Küche und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. 4 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad waren schnell aufgeteilt. Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Urlaub mit vielen Ausflügen und Wanderungen Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!
