Great stay for 30 people!

Host responded promptly to all our questions. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking equipment for large groups. Bring your own foil, plastic wrap, Ziploc, etc. Hot tub was clean and nice. The whole house was very clean and tastefully minimally decorated-easy to have kids there. Note that there is a door to the lower stairs. But we used a baby gate at the bottom of the upper stairs to block for the toddler. The outdoor pool and a very small playground is a quick walk from the house.I would recommend this house with no reservations!
