Kihei Akahi Resort B103 - Garden View Two Bedroom Two Bath 879 sq. ft. condo. This upgraded home is ground level so you can walk to the lawn, nearby pool and BBQ area. The beautiful beach, Kama'ole Beach Park II, is a one-minute walk from the condo front door to the sand! The large patio lanai is surrounded by lush tropical landscape. It is a picture-perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Ideal for your family vacation.
Full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, oils, spices, condiments, and much more! Dining area, living room, large flat-screen TV, and free basic cable channels. Secure Wi-Fi Internet for your devices 5G speed (400 Mb/s). Free local calls, USA mainland, and Canada.
PLEASE NOTE: We are in the process of replacing the washer/dryer and the AC.
The master suite has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and small flat screen TV with free basic cable channels.
Everything you need to live comfortably in your home away from home includes a Keurig coffee maker, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and a cooler. Just pack your personal toiletry items, clothing, and food.

* Two swimming pools with lounge chairs and a bathroom with showers
* Tennis court and Pickleball court
* BBQ area at both pools with sink, refrigerator, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining.

* Just 25-30 min drive from Kahului Airport

* Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
* Unit is Privately-owned and is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law.
* Guests are subject to any future State of Hawaii tax increases.
* General Excise (GE) and Transient Accommodations (TA) taxes collected and submitted to the State of Hawaii.

Other Important Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.

Great location beach & shops within a few minutes walking. The islands had a huge storm front come through for many days during our stay, due to the location in Kihei we never lost electricity while many parts of Maui had multi-day outages. The complex feels safe and secure in all regards.

We had a wonderful stay at Kihei Ahaki and enjoyed this first floor condo. The green space access was amazing for our kids to explore and the condo came with so many beach accessories (towels, umbrellas, beach blanket, beach toys, floaties, cooler and more!) that it made beach days much easier. The condo itself, though slightly dated had everything needed for a wonderful family vacation! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was the second year in a row we have stayed in this beautiful place! The location is amazing, the property is beautiful and we love bbq dinners at the pool! We had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas! No complaints! When we had a small issue with the wifi we had quick communication and the issue was resolved!
Highly recommend!
