The Douglas on Third is a small boutique hotel located on the second floor of a beautifully restored 100-year-old building, thoughtfully updated inside and out. As one of the few places to stay on historic Third Street in downtown McMinnville, it offers a truly unique location. Laundry facilities are available upon request, and private parking is included. You’ll also enjoy your own private, fully furnished one-bedroom, one-bath apartment—designed for comfort, convenience, and a truly memorable stay.
Guests enjoy seamless, contactless check-in and check-out with secure keypad access, allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival and departure.

*Our space is designed for a quiet, romantic retreat, and for that reason we host guests aged 10 and above.
*Dogs are welcome at The Douglas with prior approval and a $40 per pet fee. This fee will be requested prior to your arrival. If you plan to bring a pet, please message us with the number of pets in your party. The pet fee covers additional cleaning and includes thoughtful accommodations for your furry friend, such as a pet bed, food and water dishes, and a selection of treats to make their stay just as special as yours. Neat village. Great area. As a boutique hotel, it’s not as spacious as a chain hotel, but it is right in the center of the village with lots of great options for dining, wine tasting etc. It works great and was what we were looking for. There is no traditional front desk, but the communication and instructions were very clear and everything worked perfectly. Would go back for sure.

Cannot find a better location if you just want to walk to several wineries and explore downtown McMinnville. Cozy apartment space with super easy access. Didn’t have to worry about keys. Maybe the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had!

It felt like we were staying in a tiny NY apartment (in a good way)! Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Parking is a little tricky if you're not in a compact vehicle and I wish the room was stocked with more coffee since there's no front desk to just grab more but the place was quiet and had nice welcome perks. Would definitely stay again!

There were lots of amenities, but the living, bedroom and bathroom space was rather compact. I've stayed in Japanese hotels with rooms of comparable size.
