Seacrest Beach Community is perfectly nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on Hwy 30A. This luxury development offers an array of amenities including deeded beach access just across the street, a huge 12,000sqft community lagoon pool, an amphitheater, seasonal tram service to the beach or pool, and 1.35 miles of walking trails! Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Enjoyed our family stay. So much room in this home. Kitchen fully equipped, TV for sports watching not to mention the bikes. So much to do n see in this area. We did have a hard time getting into rental but called n received help. Finding the pool office to get wrist band was kind of Hiden! . We will be back.

Great stay overall. The home is well set up, very close to a great pool and the beach. We all had a great time, with plenty of space. We would definitely stay again.
Would note that like other reviews, the first floor is dark. Not a problem for us but could be for others. And very limited essentials provided (bring your own salt and pepper).

The 3 levels were perfect. Great for teens or one family to stay on the first level and a second group on the 3rd level. Nice to have buffer living space in between. 3 nice porches. Convenient location. Loved the bikes. Excellent value.

Stayed at this property 5/14-5/18. Interior living space could use some updating. Couches were very used and cushions looked dingy. Outdoor decks were delightful. The problem we encountered was 0 water output in showers when dishwasher or washing machine were on. We reported this to Real Joy Vacations but no one ever followed up with us. This property has sleeping accommodations for 6 adults, 2 (children/teens) and 2 toddler bunks. The entry way bunks do not have a door and are quite small for a human over the age of 10 years old.
