Sago Sands is a low-rise community located on Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach! With only 2 townhomes and a small condominium in the complex, Sago Sands is perfect for a peaceful beach vacation. Seagrove Beach is a family-oriented community and strives to provide a safe and relaxing family atmosphere! Close enough to enjoy the excitement of the intimate beach town of Seagrove, venture west and explore  Seaside  or head east and visit  Alys  and  Rosemary Beach. Enjoy the on-site pool or walk casually over the boardwalk directly to the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters.

As a courtesy to our guests, we'd like to share that a neighboring property is scheduled for a balcony renovation project from approximately November 30 to February 15. Although the work is not taking place in our building or unit, there may be some intermittent daytime construction noise.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey.  Its  incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office,  Repertory  Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.  There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.  

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
