Really nice apartment! Clean and peaceful! The ocean view was quite stunning. It looks exactly like the pictures. No complaints at all. The staff was friendly. We were in-town for business, I didn't get to fully enjoy all of the amenities but overall a great experience. Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Cons
- NOT in Juan Dolio, but Boca Chica (huge turn down)
- one of the bathrooms had a fowl smell comming from the pipes
- bad internet connection
- not enough utensils for all 6 people (forks, toilet paper, etc)
-no private beach entrance
pro
-apartment looks like the picture
-1 min walk to Boca Marina Restaurant
-security 24/7
-elevator
- great view
- has a pool and it's clean
- linen and towels provided plus toom cleaning service
-accepts dogs
Biggest let down was the missleading information about the location since Boca Chica is not a beach i would go to as a local. It would've been not too bad if we had free access to private beach, which is also not true.
I liked the apartment but would not stay again because of the location
