Spacious, Budget friendly 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom condominium within walking distance of the Canyon Lodge Ski Lift Area. Sleeps up to 8 guests.
Each primary bedroom downstairs features a queen bed and TV, with a twin roll-away bed conveniently stored in each closet. The loft upstairs has a king bed and TV.
The living area is on the second floor, featuring a formal living room with a fireplace and comfortable couches, plus a smaller TV room adjacent to the seating area. The TV room also includes a queen sofa sleeper. The dining area seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
This townhouse spans 3 levels: the first floor has the two bedrooms and 2 full baths, the second floor contains the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and the third floor is the loft with the third full bath located off the stairwell halfway up. The loft is enclosed except for the stairwell area. Entry is via an interior hallway in the Chamonix B Building. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
Guests have access to Chamonix's recreation amenities, including a large-screen TV, reading area, ping pong, and foosball. The complex also features a sauna, hydro spas, seasonal/summer swimming pool, and summer BBQ area. Coin-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located near the office.

Lovely condo to stay in for convenient skiing at Mammoth! Has a charming cozy feel and is a short walk to the lifts. Was perfect for our group of 4.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfy condo but we encountered a few issues. The amount of stairs were a lot more than we expected for the older family members in our party. This condo is not suitable for anyone with issues climbing stairs. Some portable fans would help those staying in the warmer summer months. I contacted the property rental company prior to visit to see if any available. They were uncertain since not stated in listing but they assumed not. We brought our own in case needed which they were. The kitchen was extremely small for this large condo, we had to take turns using it. The two bedrooms downstairs could use more comfortable mattresses. We enjoyed the pool area and also watching the resident bear roaming condo grounds each day. That was a treat for all of us.

short walk to canyon. Comfortable place for 4 adults, 1 couple and 2 singles. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms

Pluses - Great location (easy walk to Canyon Lodge). Good amount of space for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Kitchen had a good (if mismatched) assortment of dishes and pots/pans.Negatives - Unit is very dated. Carpets and linens clearly haven't been replaced in a while. One of the bathrooms didn't appear to have been cleaned prior to arrival (shower in particular needed cleaning before use)
