Living Area:
The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring a large flat-screen HDTV mounted over the mantle, a ceiling fan, and ample seating for everyone. The space connects effortlessly to the covered patio, which offers a cool outdoor retreat with a ceiling fan and a gas grill for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Kitchen:
The gourmet kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a center island with an additional sink. It’s fully equipped for the chef in your group, making meal prep a delight. The dining area includes a large round table that seats 10, perfect for family gatherings.
Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom. The room also features a daybed with a hidden trundle (two twin beds) and access to a private covered balcony with ocean views.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed with a half bath attached.

Annual friends trip with six girlfriends. The house is perfectly placed right across the street from the beach access, in a very quiet location, and is easily walkable to downtown. The house was well stocked with everything! I can't wait to bring back the family.

This house is beautiful, especially if you love interiors with a beach vibe. The house had everything, including coffee, dozens of spices, a slow cooker, glassware for food storage, a set of kitchen towels, bars of soap for the bathroom, 8+ beach chairs, 3+ beach umbrellas, a beach wagon, 2 boogie boards, beach toys for the grandkids, and a cornhole set. I wish we hadn't used the beach credit, as the credit won't cover the delivery fee.
My grandson loved having his little room for sleeping and his little sister slept in her pack and play which fit nicely in that same room's closet. The double driveway made it easy to fit 4 cars, 2 golf carts, and 2 bikes. Our only complaints were that the recycling containers were full when we arrived and there was no pick-up during our week. Also, the beach access across the street is closed and appears to have been closed since a storm last year. We had to walk down 5 houses for the nearest access, which is impossible for me, as I am partially disabled. My family rented a golf cart for me.

We were a group of 8 coming to visit Charleston for a girls weekend. We loved staying in Folly. The house was directly across from the beach, had lots of beach chairs and umbrellas, enough space for everyone to spread out. Would recommend for a group who wants access to the beach and close proximity to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Trips into downtown Charleston took maybe 20-30 min.

We stayed on Folly Beach with our good friends who also have 2 children. The house was large, clean, convenient and very comfortable. It was perfect for our two families. They really took the time to make the house comfortable for renters and the location was right across the street from the beach entrance. I would highly recommend this place for your stay on Folly!
