食事が美味しい！カニが食べ放題。

喫煙の部屋が臭くてたまらなかった。 アメニティがラブホ以下。 タオルも薄くて古い。 建物自体が古い。 場所が悪い。

朝と夜のバイキングが種類豊富でレベルも高く最高でした。 カニとアスパラを何度もおかわりして頂きました♪ 朝食でライブキッチンでいただける湯葉とろ丼がとても気に入りました。 温泉の泉質も良くゆったり入れてとても気持ち良かったです。

朝露天風呂に入ったところ 湯面に汚れが浮いているのがかなり見えてしまって、 外の朝の空気をすいながら入る露天風呂が好きなため ちょっと残念な印象でした。

onsen was great, bed comfortable, nice view and amazingly helpful staff

pillow was hard, our room didn’t get cleaned as regularly as we’d like.

Liked the bath. The staff was very helpful and they spoke english very well.

The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet is nice.

The outside hot spring is closed for renovation and is informed to us in the last minutes. I believed such a big renovation should been known since past 2-3 months ago as it needed to get approval from management. It should informed to customer as early as possible.
