Situated directly on Pensacola Bay, this charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom houseboat offers some of the most spectacular waterfront views in the marina and a one-of-a-kind coastal getaway in the heart of downtown Pensacola.

A Note About Dock Holiday

Of our four houseboats, Dock Holiday offers the most expansive bay views. With those views comes greater exposure to easterly winds, which may cause the houseboat to gently sway. Many guests find the motion relaxing and say it rocks them to sleep. If you are sensitive to movement, please consider this when selecting your accommodations.

Important Safety Information

Dock Holiday is located on the water within an active marina. Guests should expect to walk on floating docks that may have uneven surfaces. There are no railings on the docks or on the front and rear decks of the houseboat.
