The Space:
Private 2 Bed Loft situated just above The Grand Strand Brewing Company in the heart of Myrtle Beach is this modern and stylish getaway!
This unit has a Private room with a Queen size bed along with a Queen size bed pushed off to the side when you walk in the door.
Brand new and professionally furnished throughout, this loft getaway includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances.
Spacious living space with comfy sofa and HDTV. Guests must use stairs, no elevator at the property.
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
**Please Note - Minimum age of 21 required to rent this unit.
Other Things to Note:
**No elevator, guests must use stairs**
Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):
1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver
2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout
Early arrival requests are based on availability and there are no guarantees, charges apply for early arrival if available

The property was amazing, the loft was so cute and fun to stay at. I would definitely book there next time I come down
