Underfloor heating and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. The highlight: a large, fully fenced-in garden with a patio and outdoor area. Ideal for families with children and dog owners looking for a safe place for their four-legged friends to run around. Private parking and bike storage right next to the house.

Marquartstein is centrally located in the Achental valley between the Chiemgau Alps and Lake Chiemsee. Hiking trails start right outside the front door, the Hochplatte is accessible by chairlift, and the Tiroler Ache river flows just a few minutes’ walk away. Lake Chiemsee is a 15-minute drive away.
