Private: property 250 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Centre de Courtonne-La-Meurdrac" 1 km, sandy beach 40 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km.
"Les Prés Rousselins", 3-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Het huis was goed ingericht en lag in een mooie omgeving met prachtig uitzicht

Een prachtige vakantiewoning met een prachtige ligging in het heuvelachtige gedeelte van Normandië. Woning was volledig ingericht en erg schoon. De tuin was omheind zodat onze hond heerlijk vrij kon rondlopen. Als welkom stond er een heerlijke appelcake klaar met een fles appelsap, appelcider en calvados. Geweldig gewoon. Wel was het bed wat aan de harde kant en de tuinmeubelen niet echt comfortabel. Maar voor een week hebben wij een goede vakantie gehad.
