We came in town for a UK graduation and the property was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and clean!

6 of us recreational cyclists visited Georgetown for the wonderful local road riding. We needed a place within walking distance of downtown, room enough for us all with 4 separate bedrooms, and a nice kitchen and “Hang out and drink coffee” area. The latter room was perfect for all 6 of us, and we even caught the live action of the Derby on the widescreen tv. Coffee pot worked great, and all the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We have other friends who come here to road ride, especially for the “Horsey Hundred” event every May, and we will definitely recommend this property!

The property was super cute and clean. Checkout was very simple. It was a great place to stop while passing through Kentucky!

House was clean and just as described on line. However washer and dryer did not work properly, leaving us with having to wear clothes that were half wet. Otherwise everything was great.
