We had a wonderful stay at Bear Cub Cabin in Twain Harte. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The property is large and spacious, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the evenings to take in the beautiful weather. The cabin was well stocked with thoughtful amenities, including chairs for the lake, an ice chest, towels, and more—although we didn’t use many of these items, it’s clear the owners have gone out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The only downside was the cleanliness of the cabin, which was below our expectations. I shared my notes with the host, and I’m confident these issues will be addressed for future guests.Overall, a great location with plenty of space and wonderful hosting.

This house is stocked w/everything needed for young kids. Recently stayed w/my 4 grands all under the age of 7. We played games, did some puzzles, and they loved the upstairs playroom. The host is very gracious as well. Thank you!!!!

Our family had the opportunity to all get away for Christmas..This cabin was a great space for the 12 of us. It was child friendly right down to the high chair and crib. Walkable to town, though it being Christmas we didn't utilize this.
We did have some issues with cleanliness. I did have some communication with Robin about this. I don't believe the housekeeper serviced the hot tub ( algae ring) and we had some really dirty dishes in the cupboard ( again housekeeper)..hopefully this gets worked out because the space this cabin offers is exceptional.
